Lurking works. Sit on your PC 355 days out and grab them, they are available. Just did this for next Jan, out on a Friday, back the following Sunday. I booked them as two singles - waiting for the returns to become available reduces the chances of getting the outward date you want. Costs a bit more (two lots of CC fees, and a higher fuel surcharge coming back), but it can work.
