Well, good news and not so good.

I was able to log in at 5:30 am CT without a hitch and the reward booking process for old credits was a bit hard to find, but when I did it worked pretty much without a hitch. Except, I find no way to convert to a freedom award and the flight I really wanted is not available as standard. If there is a way to do this and I missed it, someone let me know. The flight is just $150 so it does not make sense to burn an award on it anyway. However, if I can not combine as before, it will make it a lot harder to use up my old credits. I may to use them for client work which means I build points much slower.

The really bright spot is that you can now book CP right from your upcoming flights page. In fact, there is a button on the right side to book the CP at the same time you are booking the flight! A small favor in an otherwise messy rollout. It took about 5 minutes for the flight to show up under my itineraries but when it did it was click through to the payment page already filled out! Good job here guys.

And, for some reason, the payment page no longer asks for the easy to miss CC security code for my SWA Visa. I had it memorized, but I was always forgetting to enter it.
