According to Star Alliance Award Chart, flights from Central Asia to Hawaii cost 40/70 miles. I wanted to buy an award ticket from Tasknet (TAS) to Honolulu (HNL), but in call-center they told me that there're no flights available for award booking (I was recking on Asiana+ANA with layovers in Seoul and Tokyo).

I guess it's because of 2 layovers.

Nearby cities will suit me as well. Do you think there's a chance to find an award ticket from Tashkent, Bishkek or Almaty to Honolulu?

ANA tool shows no routes between these cities and Honolulu, but ANA doesn't support Air Astana which also flies from Almaty to Seoul and some other cities in Central Asia region which are served by ANA. And it takes too long to go over different dates using call center.
