We used a suite upgrade cert here and only got the corner suite, not the adjoining room. Nice, but nothing special....maybe we expected a bit too much. Check in did not go very well (waited 5 min due to some sort of computer glitch) and the lounge closed for the night.

Just want to get some sleep....we hope they can see if something better is available tomorrow though it is on the lounge floor so we have quick access in the AM. Too bad we have to be at our conference before we can enjoy the lounge's brief breakfast hours.
