Couple bits of first time advice requested

Coming to Vegas beginning of April for a bachelor party (this can't end well).

I can't be bothered with a rental car, so I'm just going to arrange a limo service from the airport. I hate standing in line, so who is the best / most reasonable service for this? I'm travelling with a friend of mine; don't think anyone else will be with us. Should I arrange the same service to return to the airport later or just grab whatever at the hotel?

The hotel is Treasure Island booked on some kind of "friends" connection (I'm not handling this). Anything of interest I should konw about that place? How do I get an upgraded room and annoy the rest of the members in my party?

Evening festivities are apparently taken care of, so I just need to know where to eat lunch on Saturday (Sunday will be en route back home). Any suggestions? I'm not really the fine dining type; I'm equally as happy with mid range restaurants like Olive Garden or Outback as anything more serious.
