Hmmm...... I've never heard of "AAdvantage Customer Solutions" or "AA Executive Desk."

I have heard of AAdvantage Customer Service and AA Executive Platinum Desk and AA Executive Offices.

Perhaps we could clarify our nomenclature for the posterity of this thread?
