I am 99% sure you will find AP seats with the date perameters you have. Be patient. Check back closer to (like 2-5 weeks out) if you can wait that long. Your dates are not high season (after xmas, before school breaks). There are LOTS of *A ways to HNL > > > EWR/IAH/LAX (CO), DEN/ORD/LAX/SFO UA, PHX US, + AC from YVR.
I have found EWR-HNL (CO 14/15) has lots of availability in Y and their 764s are the nicest birds to the islands
