Pre departure
Was check in quick and efficient? Yes.
Did you use priority security (if eligible) and if so, was it quick and efficient? Yes. SYD express passes are nice.
Did you use the Maple Leaf lounge and if so, any feedback in regards to service, food and drinks? I used the NZ Koru Club in SYD, which I <3 dearly. Hot dog stand!
Was priority boarding offered (if applicable to your status) and efficient? Yes.

Onboard - J cabin:
Were the crew professional & well groomed? Extremely.
Was the IFE activated on the ground? Yes.
Was a pre-departure beverage offered on the ground? The FA made me a mimosa by pouring the sparkling wine (not champagne yet ) into some OJ. Yum!
Did crew offer to hang your jacket? I didn't have one, but I noticed them hanging others'.
Were newspapers & menus distributed and meal orders taken (Please specify when meal orders were taken - on the ground or in the air)? Yes, everything proceeded in that order, all on the ground.
Did crew offer a hot towel prior to the meal service? Yes, at dinner and again at breakfast.
Approximately how long after take off did it take for the first meal service to be completed? (From takeoff to all items collected) I'm afraid I didn't notice, due to enjoying some high-quality Champagne.
How was the quality of all the meals? Delightful. I had the chicken w/spinach & risotto. The risotto tasted a lot better than it looked.
Did the cabin crew continuously top up the beverage of your choice throughout the flight? I would say "frequently" not "continuously" (since that implies that they're topping me up literally after each sip ).

Post departure
If you have checked baggage, did it arrive within reasonable period of time? Better than usual for YVR int'l arrivals, I suppose.

Thank you to Robyn (SYD concierge) for kind assistance w/the upgrade process. (Concierges rock! )
Thank you to Jason (SD), Lea & Georgiana (& all other FAs) for really warm, superior service throughout the entire flight! (And such a long flight, too…)
