Others can correct me if I'm wrong but I think the main train station is by the Palace of Science and Culture which is about a 15 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel can arrange a car service which will cost 50 zloty (about $13) - it's fast, comfortable and air conditioned and I would recommend that option.
