If AS it should let you check in from SEA... and even if its booked on DL you can select OLCI from SEA and that should work... but if its a codeshare, that seems to be when things can get funky...
It's a Delta-issued 006 ticket, and the Alaska-operated flight is coded with a DL flight number. On the alaskaair.com PNR, though, it comes up with the AS flight number.
