FWIW, this many months out you'll probably find 100% of domestically configured 752 flights loaded with the old configuration seats--I'd imagine it won't be until much closer to departure that AA will sort out which CIP'd 752s will end up on which routes, especially and more and more birds go through. So if it's showing 22 seats in F for that flight, don't lose hope.
