For what it's worth, in all likelihood you will be able to bring your two 21+ kids in (im assuming that they are in their 20s), as it is unlikely that they will be carded. I'm in my mid 20s and when I travel with my family my father is usually the only one to show his amex/pclub card, and yet we all get in. We've never had a problem.
