Yes, though a Railcard can further reduce the Audley End - it does depend on the time of the journey and on that Railcard's time and minimum fare restrictions - but at best one can get a single for £11.05.

Edit - sorry abfab, I see now that you already mentioned the potential for a Railcard discount - a sloppy initial reading on my part!
