You could book it under your name, contact the hotel that the room is for your parents and ask them to put all charges on your CC. (it would help if your CC info is in your profile, but youŽd probably have to fax over a letter or something similar to confirm youŽll be taking care of all charges)
Officially thereŽs no way to make sure youŽll get stay credit, but it should work most of the time.
Some people have also just added a note in the comment box "xyz will be checking in on my behalf", which can work, but your parents would probably need to provide their CC
