If you already have this card, could you please tell me if my two kids over 21 would be allowed in the President's club? I understand from someone that the person whose name is on the card is able to use the club + family (spouse and children) or two associates/friends? Or did I get this wrong?

Membership rules (including those for guests) here: http://www.continental.com/web/en-US...nge/rules.aspx

Regarding your specific question about the +21 year old children, they are not covered in the "immediate family" exluded to do age, so you would have to go using them as guests. Here you would have 3 guests, making you one over your allowance and rquiring a pass.

Since the PPMC gets you a full membership, all of the other features of Pclub membership are the same as specified here:

My second question is whether this card is worth putting out $395 for.
For the flying pattern you describe above, the pure math does not work out for you to get the PPMC if you are getting it soley for Pclub access. You would then have to make a determination whether the *other* features will add up to the value of the card.
What would you say are the positives of having this card and the negatives?
The Continental Presedential Plus MasterCard has been my primary spend card nealy since its release.

P-club membership, Flex EQM, and bonus RDMs are the main advantages for me.
