I'm being asked to re-enroll in RR (Was it something I said? ), and then get an error:

What happened?
An internal processing error has occurred. Your changes may not have been saved correctly.

What you need to do:
Please try to enroll in Rapid Rewards later. If the problem persists, please contact Southwest Airlines for assistance.
