It appears that Starwood.com, SPG.com and Sheraton.com cannot find any Starwood or Sheraton hotels in India. I was looking to book rooms at the Sheraton in New Delhi, and it does not appear possible to even locate the hotel using Starwood Corp's own websites.

Any reason for that such as hotels are no longer Sheratons or is this just a website related glitch on a Saturday night/Sunday morning in the US?
