I would say in NA, it depends on the Hilton. For example, the Hilton Toronto the executive lounge is great - great food, beautiful view, excellent place to hang out. The executive rooms are also noticably better, much better.

On the other hand, the hilton in chicago, where I am right this very second, the rooms are no better and the lounge is a giant turd with poor food.
