Everybody in the business world deals with idiots, demands that cant be met or just the egotistical/arrogant individual, they do exist on airlines too. Apparently, you're taking the customer is always right view, Ajax? Please explain how I SHOULD GIVE TWO SECONDS OF MY TIME to this!!!!!

5. Laugh and whisper
6. Talk on the phone after the plane has left the gate
7. Be an irresponsible parent
8. Complain that your bags are too heavy
9. Ignore the seat belt sign
