Highly unlikely that will happen.

That said, it would be nice of AC to either enforce or not enforce a rule around tablets, ipads, etc. as I feel like I am trying to smuggle something every time the FA walks past me... am I allowed, am I not allowed... who knows... seems different each flight.
The rule is clear, you are not allowed, put it away.
