Just check-in by yourself; and request a few extra keys.
Never an issue; especially if it's ONLY one extra person.
Fill the room with 12 of your closest friends, and housekeeping might notice.
Either way, if you are paranoid housekeeping might notice/care (which they won't); just leave a $5 tip each day. (if for no other reason, than your own peace of mind, since I'm guessing if you are asking this question, you like to worry....
)
