Yes, have this problem all the time. It's really a very poorly designed bag. I like the way it looks, but it's just not functional. My handle cracked several years back, they fixed it for free without too much hassle.

In general, the single handle was just a bad idea. Single arm, that little plastic piece that flips up, rotating handle - just stupid.
