Can you mfu over the phone when membership country is different from your departure?
Is this possible over the phone?
We have a club world booking and the option to upgrade is there and the availability is showing up on ba . com but the error comes up as per the title of the thread that we can't because our membership country is different to the departure country.
Is that a bug or are we snookered? it seems like a silly exclusion if it's the case.
The F award availability wasn't there at booking time,but if it was we could have booked an mfu online at the time of booking on a different day but decided to hold out and now this error is coming up.
