Oh my... I deleted my statement without reading it in detail as the info in the emailed statement (points balance, etc) is usually weeks out of date by the time the statement gets emailed out.

William, is there anything I can do to get the special offers (either the 10,000 points or the special Platinum offer PvtPilot refers to) applied to the card I just received today, but have not yet used?
