I might be off to AUS some time soon. BA.com is offering me LHR-ORD-AUS on miles. However I could get more value out of the trip if I can squeeze a meeting in NYC in there as well.

Would BA issue a ticket that went something like this...

(BA) LHR-JFK early on day 1
(AA) EWR-DFW very late on day 1
(AA) DFW-AUS first thing on day 2

for the sake of clarity, the flight would land in DFW after the last flight to AUS had left.
