The 10 days starts from when your order is submitted. If it hasn't been delivered, but 10 days have elapsed, then you may submit another using the exact same information.
I ordered my first set the evening of 2/7. Got them in about a week later and ordered another set 2/17 in the morning. That set stayed "on hold". Placed another order 2/27 and noticed 2/17 order was STILL on hold. So this morning i canceled both and placed a new one. Does anyone know if the 7 days is to the minute/hour? I wonder if placing my 2nd order less than 168 hours apart caused it to be stuck on hold.
And yes, i've searched for this - no i'm not reading 910 pages to find it. TY
