2C and D have awesome legroom
But you need to be on the plane first, otherwise the limited amount of overhead stowage that is not stuffed with crew bags, demo equipment and medical kit will be filled, and your carry-ons will end up several rows behind you. Row 12 is the exit row and has more legroom than other rows (apart from 2C/D) and plenty of overhead space. But it won't be in CE.
