Came in via ORD with no issues at all. Nobody cared about stickers. Only small issue I could see is if you got an X on the kiosk there was nobody manning immigration on the right side (landed at 10:45am before the afternoon rush).
I got the recommendation during my GE interview to rub my fingers on my forehead to make the reader work better.
