Generally speaking, I find that FTers without a location and not being specific in their message turn out to be US-based members. (Of course, the greater majority of FTers are US-based anyway.)

FWIW, the charges for UK 2-4-1s (BA AmEx) need to be paid for using an AmEx card which is the only option. I'm sure it's been reported on FT that any AmEx card would do. No chance for Visa or MC.
