I'm surprised someone hasn't litigated this type of thing yet. If you are offered first class and you aren't explicitly told anywhere in the purchase process that you are purchasing a coach seat with a "complimentary" upgrade. All the dressing on the website says you are purchasing a first class seat...

I don't plan on purchasing any A or P fares...but if I did and I was downgraded I'd be making a lot of noise...
