For those who wonder how the wrong bag could get taken: there are a lot of first time flyers in the Asia-Pac - during boarding for planes to/from the region you see more people who have no clue where there seat is, what side of the plane their seat is on, where to put their bags, how their bags might in the bin, etc. And I'd never buy a black or dark blue bag - and I have the loudest orange tag on my bag - and keep my fingers crossed.
