Not really, it would say who is full fare by the star system but that's all, no indication of anyone that is award and upgrades. The last time I was on a UA F award, I asked the purser about this question, the manifest only printed under my name I am Prem Exec. It listed the status under the name, for other non UA pax, it would say something like US*S, or SQ*G. Purser defiantely go by what status listed under the name with the full fare pax to take meal orders, usually that is where they write the meal choice in that box.

It might have, but I have never seen other carriers like UA, the purser going up and down the aisle to take meal orders, it is always from the front to the back. (AA do go back to the front if it is odd ? even ? flight numbers though)

No status then on the manifest it would only say your name, nothing else. Last to get the meal order. XF/XC, standard award has no meaning in flight, all they care is if you have any status or if you are a full fare pax, just like how they work for upgrades.
