I'll be staying at the Westin Pasadena in late June. I am Gold, and looking forward to it. I received some information about the hotel -- what is "Westin Executive Club"? Is it different from the "Club Level"?

It comes with butler service. Any chance a Gold will be upgraded to such a lofty plane of existence?
