Last year I had a connecting flight in YYZ to CPH with AC, and since the plane was full I got a Paper MCO credit. Now I have some questions
about that MCO and how it can be used.

When I book at AC website the price is divided into Base Fare, Options and Taxes Fees etc., can the voucher only be applied against the base fare or against the total amount?

How will miles be calculated, minus the voucher value or will I get all the miles ?

How long does it usually take them to credit back the voucher amount to your credit card?
