Well, I heard from another poster in a different thread mentioned that the ticketing counter at PHL was a zoo last night due to 50 MPH wind. I think this go around is about wind storm. UA didn't just do it for nothing.
At IAD now and just overheard that the flight coming in from PHL is late.
