I think this is the key right here. I have little faith in the current SC -- there have already been too many decisions that, at least to me, demonstrate a betrayal of the Constitution and a sell-out to corporate America, e.g. Bridgeport and Citizens United.

However, it will be in its application that the regime may stumble, as I posted in another thread regarding use of WBI on children.
Yep. "Think of the children!" still seems to work.
