Will this all be one one PNR? If so, why would you need to check-in and get a boarding pass at ZRH - you should be able to get the boarding pass at original departure, or at worst do it in the transit area.

In MY experience, and only my experience, 1:20 is plenty of time to make a connection at ZRH as long as you don't have to go to the ticketing counters. It's even sufficient if you travel from the remote terminal where the US carriers operate.

The minimum check-in time is 25 minutes at the counters for inter-europe flights. You should be fine. But you can always call Swiss and ask about the minimum connecting time at ZRH.
