Meh. I didn't even think that they'd deny entry to my guest on the "no international departure" rule. That's a shame. The *A Lounge is nice, but the GBL is special. I might buy them a LHR-DUB ticket in the sale! (£30!).

I remember the start of that adventure, then there's headachy hazy bit for about 12 hours, which ended with me gripping the immigration desk at LAX to stop myself from swaying.

I shall be on NZ1 again in April, but I might be a bit more moderate this time.
