There always has been one available when I've been in CW and asked. The answer has always been "we do keep 1 or 2 in First, not CW - but I'll see if there is a spare one from First for you".

Once they even got one off the Duty Free trolly for me and made me pledge not to damage or mark it in any way or they would have to charge me for it.

I didn't...so they didn't ^
