There are two flights a day, and I don't think WN adding two flights on the route is "flooding capacity" on the route.
tusphotog, read 402Fanatic's analysis one post below yours. That is the correct analysis! It's the analysis that airlines are forced to do everyday. Literally, if there are only 100 pax, then the market is only going to support 1 flight per day unless they can find enough through or connecting passengers into/out of the flight.
