Thanks, that's news to me! ^^ I guess it confirms the restaurant was "upscale," even if the
pancetta employed wasn't up to Mrs. Fredd's standards.

Just don't dare disillusion me by pointing out that the canned gravy I mentioned is the authentic
au jus.
