TA is usually only 50% off rack. The TAED rate is much lower. It used to be able to be looked up on their website, though not any longer. It also used to be able to earn points and stay credit, though not any longer.

The rules of the TAED rate are that you may use it once per year per property, for a max stay of 3 nights. Rates start at $39. There are details on their website under the travel agent tab.
