Has the Westin Harbor Castle upgraded their rooms to the Heavenly Bed yet? Last time I was there last year some time they hadn't done it and I was told by someone at the front desk that they had no plans to. I couldn't believe it. I think this is a tired hotel much in need of the upgrades to "Modern Luxury." Great location on the lake, but that's about the nicest thing I can say about it.
I think Toronto is a weak Starwood city, personally, with no great options. That's why I drift away from SPG in this city and stay at the Four Seasons.
