Pre departure
Was check in quick and efficient? I used OLCI, but had some difficulty finding the correct Bag Drop Counter- originally, I went to the LX/Star Alliance desks at Check-in3 by the Railway Station (where you can use the Self Service Kiosks for AC). I then had to have my bag relabeled after it was originally checked through for a connecting Flight tomorrow.
Did you use priority security (if eligible) and if so, was it quick and efficient? There was no Priority Security, and the queues were shambolic, with just 7 Passport Desks open for all departing Passengers. At Security, however, I did get processed straight away after showing my status card.
Did you use the Maple Leaf lounge and if so, any feedback in regards to service, food and drinks? After Passport Control, I did not have time to stop by the Panorama Lounge
Was priority boarding offered (if applicable to your status) and efficient? The Flight wasn't particularly busy, so boarding was completed very quickly, anyway.
If there was a delay, did the gate agent provide timely updates? No delay, in fact, the Safety Video played while still siting at the Gate 10 Minutes (!) before scheduled departure, although we then waited a further 20 minutes for Cargo to be loaded before pushing back. The Captain actually came back into the Y Cabin to have a look out of the Window at the Freight loaders to establish what the delay was like.

Onboard - Y cabin:
Were the crew professional & well groomed? Yes
If there was a delay, were you provided with timely updates? Captain explained the delay about Cargo
Was the IFE activated on the ground? no, just after lift off.
Approximately how long after take off did it take for the first meal service/Onboard cafe to begin? I received my meal (in Row 24) 25 minutes after takeoff, so it began maybe 3-5 minutes earlier.
How was the quality of the meal/Onboard cafe? I enjoyed both the Salmon with Butter Sauce as Lunch and the Chicken Fajitas pre-arrival.
Did the cabin crew offer water regularly throughout the flight? Yes, abslutely no complaints here.

Post departure
If you have checked baggage, did it arrive within reasonable period of time?
As a *S, I got a priority tag, and my bag was already on the Carousel after I passed through Canadian immigration.
Overall experience/any other comments This was my first Flight on AC, so I've nothing else to compare it to, but I did enjoy the experience very much, those issues that I had were with ZRH and Swissport rather than AC.
