One BBC Radio 5 Live news, the overwhelming view of the texting brigade was that these expats were a whining bunch who should be grateful that their government where going to such extraordinary lengths to bring them out of Libya. These workers accept high salaries to work in potentially dangerous countries, cheerfully avoid paying UK income tax, and the expect UK PLC (which is broke) to rescue them.
