Well it is safe to say it has been a disaster. One flight 10 hours late into LGW because of a tech fault on the ground in LGW before it left and another tech on the ground in TIP. Apparently more hercules are on the way out as the charter firm (Astraeus?) cannot provide anymore flights.

I wonder why they haven't asked BA or QF to use their 744s some of which are sat at LHR all day.
