yep, I know that this is what they tell you and there has been a lot of discussion on this topic already. However "Shophouse club" is a non-existing category (esp. when the shophouse wing is closed), so I actually do not see an upgrade here.
Last two stays were as a reg. AMB and upgraded from club king to club premier btw.
If you have been allocated either a suite or a club room then they have provided a room as per the published benefits as a Royal Ambassador and there is no grounds for any complaints or "situation"s .
