I need wheelchair assistance nowadays and, on the few occasions when I have been able to afford CW (upgraded with miles from WTP) it has been pointed out to me, very politely, by BA PMCU, that I cannot travel on the UD. I can walk, but not very far, and I have no issues with the policy of BA.
