Sense when is asking a question being "argumentative"? You made a statement and I commented. The way I read your comments, you came across surprised that this property didn't have a lounge or offered anything in place.

Or that the size of the rooms was small.

I asked for more to have a better understanding of your post. If you find that "argumentative" then oh well.
