My husband and I just returned from El Tamarindo of the Luxury Collection. You need to look no further!!!! It's FANTASTIC! The golf course there is IMHO much more beautiful than Pebble Beach. The property has only 29 private villas and is very romantic with secluded beaches and the works. Definitely look into it!
